Duties:

Manage front desk operations and provide a welcoming experience for patients and visitors. Coordinate patient check-ins, appointments, and other administrative activities. Respond to patient inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate clinical staff. Utilize Epic to access and update patient information and support clinic workflows. Handle incoming calls, messages, and patient-related requests. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Coordinate with medical assistants, registered nurses, providers, and the practice manager. Identify and resolve routine operational issues independently. Handle non-standard requests and escalate complex concerns when necessary. Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailg Required Qualifications At least 1 year of relevant experience. Previous customer service experience. Front desk or reception experience. Experience with Epic or a similar electronic health record system. Strong communication and organizational skills.
