We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead field operations, manage roofing crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.If you are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship, we'd love to hear from you.Position Summary: The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for managing all aspects of commercial roofing projects and the maintenance department in the field. This position oversees crews, coordinates materials and equipment, ensures compliance with safety regulations, maintains quality standards, and serves as the primary field leader throughout each project.Essential Responsibilities:Manage commercial roofing projects from mobilization through completionSupervise field employees and subcontractors on multiple job sitesSchedule and coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and deliveriesEnsure projects stay on schedule and within company quality standardsEnforce OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and fall protection requirementsConduct daily job site inspections and quality control checksRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawingsMonitor crew productivity and provide leadership, coaching, and trainingCommunicate daily with Project Managers, customers, vendors, and suppliersComplete daily reports, safety documentation, and project updatesIdentify project challenges and implement effective solutionsMaintain professional relationships with customers while representing Jolly Roofing & Contracting in a positive mannerQualifications:Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experienceMinimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or other field leadership roleStrong working knowledge of:TPOPVCEPDMModified BitumenBuilt-Up Roofing (BUR)Roof Coating SystemsSheet Metal and flashing installation (preferred)Ability to read blueprints and construction documentsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience managing multiple crews and projects simultaneouslyOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification preferredValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to travel as neededAbility to lift 50+ pounds and work safely in varying weather conditionsBenefits:Weekly PayCompany Truck with Gas CardCompany PhoneHealthcare Insurance (eligible after 90 days)401(k) with company match up to $500 (employees age 21 and older)Paid Time Off (accrued up to 40 hours annually)$25,000 Company-Paid Life Insurance (eligible after 90 days)Career Advancement OpportunitiesOngoing Training and Professional DevelopmentSchedule:Full -TimeSalary Position with bonus opportunitiesTravel RequiredWhy Join Jolly Roofing & Contracting?
