Must-Have: Epic charting experience

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Ability to float between facilities

Description: Start date: ASAP

Shift: 3X12 Evenings

First-timers accepted with at least 2 years of experience. Guaranteed hours of at least 60 hours in a 2-week period.

Experience with various patient acuities, including stroke, STEMI, trauma, critically ill, and behavioral health.

Work in a Level II adult trauma center and a Level III pediatric trauma center.

Facility is a primary stroke receiving center and a thrombectomy center.

Daily census is approximately 220 visits.

Patient age groups include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation.

Candidates must have the ability to provide care for high acuity patients and manage critical situations.

Previous charge experience preferred.

Experience with trauma Level II is preferred.

Candidates willing to float to nearby sister facilities will be considered.

Travelers will be expected to commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays.

References are required covering one year within the last three years.
