The role involves acting as the bridge between Homes.com’s sales team and real estate agents, creating excitement about Homes.com products and expanding the company’s presence in a designated territory. Responsibilities Engage with real estate agents via in‑office meetings, trade shows, and local industry events. Generate excitement and interest in the Homes.com products; develop lasting customer relationships. Provide product information, deliver educational material, and conduct demonstrations. Build and maintain a pipeline of business and repeat opportunities. Accurately forecast weekly and monthly sales pipeline. Make sales and technical presentations on‑site and virtually as required. Report progress and pipeline updates to Sales Manager. Attend sales meetings, conference calls and training sessions to stay informed on new product features. Build trusting relationships with real estate agents to influence sales closings. Travel up to 90% of the time. Live the CoStar Core Values. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent real estate agent experience plus high school diploma. 3+ years of customer service or client‑facing roles, preferably in sales or account management. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Web Enterprise, Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment. Current and valid driver’s license. Successful completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check is required.
