The Learning Specialist/Facilitator will own the learning experience by leading the in-class and virtual delivery of courses/programs and coaching.In this position you will interact with and impact 7-Eleven team members at all levels—from individual contributors to executives—both new and existing Associates and Franchise Business Owners.The Learning Specialist/Facilitator is charged with effectively managing a classroom, handling logistics, and ensuring a positive experience for all classroom sessions. They are also responsible for sharing key insights with stakeholders.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team and key stakeholders as well as independently to conduct sessions.We are looking for someone who is self-driven and excels at helping individuals translate organizational strategies into actionable behaviors and capabilities that help drive results across the enterprise.
