Responsibilities Validation and debug of new silicon ATE hardware/software development Characterization of device performance over process and operating conditions Cross‑functional engineering collaboration to develop test methodologies for advanced packaging technologies Releasing cost‑effective production test solutions into mass production Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience with silicon bring‑up and high‑volume manufacturing, hardware engineering, or related work experience Experience with common test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers) Graduated with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field combined with the required years of hardware engineering experience (2+ years for a Bachelor’s, 1+ year for a Master’s, or any for a PhD) Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or related field Experience with ATE test platforms (Advantest 93K SOC test systems), design for test (DFT) techniques, and structural tests such as Scan, ATPG, JTAG, and memory BIST, including CPU testing Experience with silicon bring‑up, high‑volume manufacturing, and advanced package technology testing Programming skills in C/C++, Perl, or JMP Knowledge of VLSI design, semiconductor device physics, processor systems, CMOS, analog, and mixed‑signal circuits (ADC, DAC, PLL, codecs) and their performance measurements Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and passion for delivering quality work Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $111,300.00 – $166,900.00 We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants.
