Remote role with 8 weeks of in-person training in Cary, NC and monthly office engagement days

Seeking Customer Care Advocates to support customers with insurance-related inquiries regarding coverage, claims, and benefits. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, and prior experience working in a remote call center environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of remote call center customer service experience
• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls
• Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple systems
• Reliable wired high-speed internet (Wi-Fi not accepted)
• Ability to work flexible shifts between 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST xhyhwjd

Preferred:

• 2+ years of call center/customer service experience
• Insurance, dental, healthcare, or benefits experience
• Salesforce experience
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
