About the Role: As a Baker in the retail trade industry, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods that meet both company standards and customer expectations. You will manage the baking process from start to finish, including mixing, shaping, baking, and decorating, while maintaining strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in baking or food preparation within a retail or commercial setting. Preferred Qualifications: Formal training or certification in baking or culinary arts. Experience with recipe development and fine manipulation techniques.
