We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Onboarding & I-9 Compliance Specialist to support the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees while ensuring compliance with employment eligibility regulations. This role serves as a key point of contact for candidates, employees, managers, and HR partners, delivering a seamless onboarding experience from pre-employment through post-hire activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, compliance knowledge, and a customer-focused approac

iesFacilitate the complete onboarding process, ensuring new hires and managers receive timely guidance, resources, and support throughout the employee lifecyc
le.Manage daily Form I-9 activities, including reviewing Section 1 and Section 2 completion, monitoring outstanding requirements, conducting reverifications, and ensuring compliance with federal employment eligibility regulatio
ns.Maintain and manage an active caseload through the Case Management System, responding to inquiries and completing tasks within established Service Level Agreements (SLA
s).Investigate and escalate complex onboarding, compliance, or employee issues involving candidates, managers, HR partners, and third-party vendors when necessa
ry.Apply and maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, employment eligibility regulations, and risk-based decision-making practic
es.Support compliance audits, documentation reviews, quality checks, and ongoing monitoring activiti
es.Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee and company informati
on.Utilize HR systems, including Workday and ServiceNow, to manage onboarding workflows, case documentation, and I-9 process
es.Provide exceptional customer service through clear, proactive, and accurate communication with employees and stakeholde
rs.Required Qualificati
ons1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, onboarding, compliance, employee support, or administrative operations within a regulated environme
nt.Working knowledge of Form I-9 requirements, including employment eligibility verification, Section 1 and Section 2 completion, and reverification process
es.Experience using Workday, ServiceNow, or comparable HR Information Systems (HRI
S).Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential informati
on.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet service-level expectatio
ns.Excellent written and verbal communication skil
ls.Strong customer service, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abiliti
