NOW HIRING: Experienced Line Cook / Prep Cook (Full-Time)

Bowlounge — Dallas Design District
Starting Pay: $16–$20/hr (based on experience)

Bowlounge is a high-energy entertainment venue with great drinks, great food, and a lot going on—pickleball, bowling, pool, darts, and private events. Our scratch kitchen is a big part of the guest experience, and we’re looking for an experienced Line Cook / Prep Cook to join the team full-time.

If you’re fast, consistent, clean, and know how to hold down a station (and knock out prep like a pro), we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Work the line during service with speed, consistency, and attention to detail
Handle daily prep: knife work, batch prep, sauces, proteins, and station setup
Follow recipes/specs and execute scratch items the right way every time
Keep your station stocked, organized, and ready for service
Maintain strong standards for cleanliness, food safety, and proper storage
Communicate with management and team to keep tickets moving and the kitchen flowing
Help with closing duties: breakdown, labeling, cleaning, and resetting for the next shift

What We’re Looking For

2+ years experience as a line cook and/or prep cook (high-volume is a plus)
Open/flexible availability-AM and PM shifts, weekends
Solid fundamentals: knife skills, timing, station organization, and sanitation
Calm under pressure and able to move with urgency when it gets busy
Reliable and consistent—shows up ready to work and supports the team
Comfortable following systems and standards (and helping improve them)
Toast experience is a plus (we use Toast)
