It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.We have been in business since 2012 and have grown from 50 to 150 employees in the last 5 years.We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.Due to growth, we are hiring a Remote Customer Marketing Manager with the following experience:B2B SaaSBuilding customer marketing programs 0-1Webinars and video contentJob DutiesThe flagship project for this role is to design, build, and launch a customer-facing education programMeasure and track adoption and completion rates, tie academy engagement to metrics around product usage, iterate based on real customer outcomesOwn customer events which deepen engagement and drive adoptionWork closely with our events team on customer meetups, customer speaks, VIP dinners, etc.Own ongoing communication with our customers, including product announcements, feature updates, tips and tricks, bet practices, engagement etc.Build and own our automated lifecycle campaigns which activate at important moments during the customer journeyCreate and own the systematic process for capturing customer storiesSo, if you are an Customer Marketing Manager with experience, please apply today!
