Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests-ranging from chemistry to immunology-strictly adhering to established protocols.
• Validate findings for their accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, train incoming staff or students, and maintain our high-quality lab standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment while following all regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
