• Document all actions comprehensively, mentor new team members, and contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and sanitized working environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree coupled with ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) achievable within one year of hiring.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
