What You'll Do

• Lead the site's environmental, health, and safety strategy, aligning EHS priorities with business and operational goals.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and company standards.

• Drive proactive risk identification, incident prevention, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.

• Champion a strong safety culture through leadership engagement, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Use performance metrics, trend analysis, audits, and assessments to improve EHS systems and outcomes.

• Influence EHS-related capital investments, resource planning, and risk-reduction initiatives.

• Lead transformational improvement efforts that strengthen site performance and organizational capability.

• Develop and coach EHS team members while building a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Required Qualifications-

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or an Associate's degree with 7+ years of EHS experience.

• Manufacturing EHS experience with a proven track record of reducing injuries and maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, ISO standards, and EHS management systems.

• Experience with machine guarding, equipment safety, risk assessments, and root cause analysis methodologies.

• Strong change management capabilities, including Lean Manufacturing principles.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to influence and lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industrial Hygiene training or experience.

• Prior supervisory experience.

• Six Sigma experience.
