Join Our Team as a Shift Lead at Scooter's Coffee in Holly, MI!

Position Summary:
We are looking for shift managers with an outgoing, energetic, positive, and friendly personality to help lead the team at our drive-thru only store! Using our core values of integrity, love, humility, and courage as a guide, you’ll help develop a team of amazing people, serving amazing drinks, amazingly fast. If coffee is new to you, don’t worry. We’ll teach you everything you need to know!

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and support team members during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient drive-thru operations

· Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, handling orders accurately, and resolving concerns professionally

· Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items according to Scooter’s Coffee standards

· Assign positions and delegate tasks to team members based on volume and staffing

· Monitor drive-thru speed of service and maintain productivity goals

· Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures

· Train and mentor new team members on procedures, recipes, and customer service expectations

· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the store

· Complete opening and/or closing duties, including inventory checks, restocking, and daily reports

· Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance, staffing needs, and operational issues

Requirements:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

· Basic math and cash handling skills

· Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

· Ability to learn quickly, strong problem solving, multitasking, and administrative skills

· While scheduling is flexible and you won’t work all weekends or nights, this position does require weekend and some night availability

· Must be 18 or older

 

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand for extended periods

· Capability to lift up to 25 lbs

· Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving drive-thru space
