Bread Furst is owned by James Beard Award winning baker Mark Furstenberg. We are looking for a Manager to assist the General Manager in daily tasks and retail our operation. We are seeking someone with coffee/foodservice experience who is passionate about service and food. An organized individual, with a strong attention to detail who can take imitative and lead a small staff on our PM shift. Required Skills
-Punctuality
- Sundays are a MUST. Other days of the week have some flexibility.
- Tentative schedule is 2 day shifts and 2 PM shifts. PM shifts end around 9pm.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel
- Ability/desire to do a wide array of tasks and jump in when needed assisting customers
- ABRA license (or ability to acquire one)
- Food manager license (or ability to acquire one)
- Spanish
- Culinary experience
- Drivers License
Pay: Staff in the role earn anywhere from $68-$85K
