Employees can expect Positive work environment On-the-job training Growth opportunities Company perks Responsibilities Apply appropriate product according to route, safety procedures, and label instructions Drive a company truck on a daily route Reply to customer requests for information via telephone, as well as in-person service calls Complete applications in line with customer notes and specifications Provide customers with quotes for additional services as needed Provide potential customers with service quotes based on yard square footage and specific needs Complete production reports, sales forms, and customer invoices daily Communicate with management about any changes to applications throughout the day Benefits We offer an above industry average base salary with uncapped commission. This position requires a large amount of driving daily Must be able to pass background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, drug screen and DOT Physical Must be able to lift 50lbs Must not have any DWI's in the last 3 years Must be 21 years of age or older by hiring date Salary: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year + uncapped commission Starting compensation is based on level of experience and overall competency.
