About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Human Resources to spearhead the development and execution of enterprise HR strategies that are in line with business growth, workforce transformation, and organizational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic HR initiatives, such as talent acquisition program redesign, workforce planning, leadership development, HR technology optimization, and change management. This c-suite, hands-on role involves serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and overseeing a range of HR functions, including the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled HR tools, talent acquisition transformation, and the design of strategic workforce planning initiatives. Key responsibilities for the Head of HR include developing a comprehensive HR strategy, leading the optimization of HR technology, and ensuring that HR policies and practices are compliant with employment laws and best practices. The role also involves mentoring and developing a high-performing HR team to support the dynamic needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading strategic HR initiatives and will be adept at partnering with business leaders to address current and future talent needs. A strong focus on performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies is essential, as is the ability to lead change and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.
