Representative matters across these practices include Multi‑billion dollar project financings for large‑scale wind, solar, storage and transmission assets Senior, mezzanine and tax equity financings for renewable and hybrid energy projects Acquisitions and joint ventures involving gigawatt‑scale renewable platforms Structured finance, warehouse facilities and capital markets transactions linked to energy assets Refinancings and restructurings of complex infrastructure and energy portfolios The work typically involves international counterparties, private equity sponsors, institutional lenders, strategic investors and multilateral agencies, with regular coordination across multiple jurisdictions.
