Clinical Nurse PRN

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care within nursing standards. Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs. Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and engage in professional development. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team and patients/families. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and cultural factors. Maintain safety awareness, working in a constant state of alertness as required. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Must hold an RN license. Experience: No prior experience needed; less than 2 years preferred for higher education levels.
