Floater Phlebotomist

Pride Health is hiring Floater Phlebotomist to support our client's team in Baltimore City, Frederick County, and Columbia, MD. This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.

Job Summary:

This is a contract role with strong potential for full-time conversion. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong venipuncture skills, excellent time management, and experience working with both pediatric and geriatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, forensic, and clinical collections
• Handle difficult (hard stick) and geriatric patient draws with confidence
• Accurately process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Manage workload independently in a solo work setting

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ year of phlebotomy experience
• High School Diploma or GED required

Additional Information:

• Location: Baltimore City, Frederick County, and Columbia, MD
• Job Type: 13-week contract
• Pay Range: $17 - $23 hourly
• Shifts: Mon –Fri, 6 AM – 7 PM

Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
