You contribute to delivering excellent guest service, upholding sanitation standards, and ensuring a safe, welcoming, and attractive environment. Your focus on cleanliness and attention to detail helps maintain the overall appearance and operational readiness of the property. Job Description: Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the companys guest service culture - Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including slot machines, chairs, slot stands, fixtures, signs, mirrors, and light fixtures (up to 9 feet) - Clean public restrooms, including wiping surfaces, sanitizing toilets/urinals, emptying trash containers, and restocking paper products - Remove debris from floors and walkways, vacuum carpets, and mop, sweep, and scrub floors as needed - Stock cleaning supplies and empty/clean trash containers regularly - Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position - Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the companys guest service culture standards - Perform other duties as assigned Physical Requirements - Frequently push/pull up to 50lbs. - Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels - Frequently Squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist - Occasionally sit and work at a desk or computer - Frequently standing and walking - Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone - Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person - Ability to distinguish between shades of color - Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity Work Environment Potential Conditions - Indoor - Smoky - Noisy - Bright flashing lights - Extreme Heights - Extreme hot & cold temperatures - Slippery surfaces - Exposure to dust, fumes and/or gases
