Payroll Specialist

You'll support thousands of clients nationwide across Payroll, HR, and HCM systems, working with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your work truly matters. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, resolving issues accurately and on time Maintain payroll records — new hires, terminations, benefits, deductions, time & attendance Process full-cycle payroll, including file feeds and timesheet management Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email Spot opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency Jump into special projects as needed (occasional OT/weekends) Navigate multiple internal HCM systems with confidence What You Bring 3+ years in Payroll, HR, Benefits, HCM, or SaaS customer service Strong Excel skills; CRM experience a plus (Salesforce preferred) 10-key data entry proficiency A calm, solution-oriented mindset under pressure A friendly, collaborative attitude Bilingual or project management experience?
