Campus Patrol / Night Concierge / Senior Living

The Woodlake Senior Living in Sacramento, CA is seeking a reliable and observant Campus Patrol / Night Concierge to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and team members. We offer competitive wages, supportive leadership, and training for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: Monitor Access — Oversee entrances, exits, and common areas to ensure authorized entry. Safety System Monitoring — Respond to nurse call alerts, cameras, and safety notifications promptly. Patrol & Security Checks — Conduct routine interior/exterior rounds and report safety concerns. Emergency Response — Assist during medical, fire, or safety incidents and contact first responders when needed. Elopement Support — Follow protocols during elopement situations and participate in drills. Visitor Support — Assist with sign‑in procedures and communicate with reception/care teams. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a calm presence at all times. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in security, law enforcement, military , or similar roles preferred. Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience is a plus. Strong observation, communication, and de‑escalation skills. Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods. Must pass background checks and drug screening. Job Type: Full Time — Sunday to Tuesday, 10:30pm to 7:00am (Overnight Shift) Benefits: Full‑time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package. Daily Pay available for all hourly employees.
