Material Coordinator (3rd Shift)
Pay Rate: $19–$21/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift (10PM-7AM EST)
Locations Hiring: Multiple openings (3 positions)
We are hiring Material Coordinators for a fast-paced GMP-regulated warehouse environment. This role supports critical material handling operations including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution while maintaining strict compliance with quality and safety standards.
What You’ll Do

• Execute warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, storing, and transferring materials
• Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Operate forklifts and powered industrial vehicles (PIVs)
• Move materials using trucks when required (DOT-compliant handling)
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and SOP requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records
• Support regulatory audits and inspections
• Follow strict safety and environmental guidelines
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Warehouse or inventory/material handling experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed written procedures and SOPs
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Forklift or PIV experience preferred
• Basic SAP and Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active throughout shift

Schedule Details

• Fixed shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST (no staggered start times)
• 40 hours per week
• Flexible weekly schedules may include:
  • Monday–Friday
  • Tuesday–Saturday
  • Wednesday–Sunday
• Schedule may adjust based on business needs
• 2-week notice provided for any schedule changes
• Transition to 12-hour Pittman schedule (2 on / 2 off / 3 on / 3 off) planned for October after training period
