Customer Success Manager

Description: The Customer Success Team is the trusted advisor for building relationships, driving product adoption, and empowering teams to fulfill their goals. Requirements: 1-2 years of B2B customer success, account management, or consulting experience working with accounts of various sizes. Advantage: Experience working with a large portfolio of customers (+100). High prioritization skills and process orientation Multi-tasking - the ability to manage different accounts at different stages in the life cycle Ability to embrace the mindset of continuous improvement and actively contribute to the process and procedure of the team Superb written and verbal communication skills (English and Hebrew) Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy Ability to take initiative and adapt Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with our clients while understanding their needs to ensure their successful onboarding, engagement, and retention. Strong empathy for customers AND passion for growth. Ensure the success of the ongoing projects, in terms of quality of work, timelines, budget and risks. Working inbound – with internal teams, to make sure client requests and milestones are met. Work closely with data analysts to provide customers with added value analytics and professional reports and insights. Working with multiple stakeholders, inside and outside of the organization to drive projects successfully. Hands-on on data and analytics projects - a major advantage.
