What You’ll Do as a Behavior Analyst / BCBA

As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a vital role in our mission to empower individuals and families. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop personalized intervention plans.
- Designing and implementing evidence-based behavioral programs tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to care and support.
- Providing guidance and training to families, caregivers, and other team members.
- Monitoring progress and making data-driven adjustments to intervention plans.
- Upholding the values of Golden Age Foundation by fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for clients and staff alike.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated professional who brings not only their expertise but also their heart to the role. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) .
- At least 1 year of experience in behavior analysis or a related field.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, families, and colleagues.
- A commitment to our mission of creating lasting, generational progress through holistic care.
