Travel Clinic Nurse Case Manager - $2,578 per week

Alto Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Clinic Case Management for a travel nursing job in Fort Defiance, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/06/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 7 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Clinic Care Coordinator (case management) positions within the Surgery Outpatient Clinic to collaborate with nursing staff and providers for patient care. Requirement: Three (3) years of Case Management Experience. Shift: Weekdays Monday through Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one-hour lunch. No weekends or holidays. Housing: Information can be found under the “Facility Group Document” section. New Employee Orientation: Scheduled every other Monday. If your traveler misses the compliance deadline, their start date will be pushed to the next scheduled Orientation date. Position Urgency: Normal State License Details: Must be currently active. Minimum Years of Experience: 3 Minimum Guaranteed Hours: 36 Specialty Type: Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work.
