At a Glance Location: Anaheim, CA 92806 Pay: $25.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available (2nd shift pays a premium) Employment Type: Full Time Experience: 3-5+ years of CNC setup experience Why This Job Is Worth Considering Competitive pay: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour based on your ability to set up and prove out complex parts Shift premium for 2nd shift team members Full benefits package: health, vision, and life insurance, plus a 401(k) Year-end performance-based bonus Work on state-of-the-art 3, 4, and 5-axis mills, plus CNC lathes with live tooling and Y-axis capability What You'll Be Doing Set up, operate, and prove out CNC mills (3, 4, and 5-axis) and lathes with live tooling Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T Select and install appropriate tooling and work-holding Make offsets and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances Inspect your own work using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges) Troubleshoot machine alarms and tooling issues to minimize downtime What We're Looking For Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on CNC setup experience on mills or lathes Experience with Fanuc, Mori Seiki, or Fadal/Haas controls is a plus Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in your work Communicates well with the lead and other shifts to ensure a seamless transition Pay, Benefits and Schedule $25.00–$40.00 per hour depending on experience, with a shift premium for 2nd shift team members.
