As a Security Officer Welcome Desk in Oklahoma City, OK , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location as a Front Desk professional, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, and support security-related awareness through exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and access protocols for a technology and communications location.
• Monitor lobby activity, verify identification and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with front desk responsibilities.
• Answer phones, greet guests, manage sign-in processes, and direct visitors to appropriate contacts while supporting a professional front desk experience.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate site personnel when needed.
• Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to access control, visitor management, and front desk security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
