Dental Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk/Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This position serves as the administrative support for the Practice and the President/CEO. This position is also expected to support the overall operation of the Practice when needed

Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Essential Functions
Accurately manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism.
Enter accurate monthly additions, deletions, and changes on the dental computer system.
Provide daily multi-line telephone communication to participants and Dentists to verify information and coverage.
Provide clerical assistance in the preparation of payments for Dentists on a monthly basis.
Prepare, type and email estimates and contracts.
Update Dentist/Specialist lists, and file as needed.
Coordinate printing brochures and applications with outside printing companies on a regular basis.
Provide assistance to Marketing such as preparing presentation materials.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and regulations
Performs other related duties
Competencies and Qualifications
Ability to become proficient in company related technology
Proficiency in Microsoft: Excel, Word, Outlook
Good communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally and comfortably with patients and guests.
Self-motivated and proactive
Ability to maintain a pleasant disposition when relating to patients, employees, and the President/CEO
Maintains flexible and collaborative work ethic
Utilizes team approach
Commits to exceeding expectations

full-time $18 - $20 per hour
