Role Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in a high-acuity, acute care environment within the Cardiopulmonary / Respiratory Therapy department. Responsibilities Administer respiratory treatments, manage ventilators and high-flow oxygen systems, perform pulmonary diagnostics, develop and implement care plans, document in EMR, respond to emergency events, collaborate with healthcare teams, and potentially serve as Lead RCP during shifts. Qualifications State RCP license, current BCLS, RRT certification from NBRC, ACLS and PALS certifications (within 60 days), preferred NRP certification, associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred), high school diploma or equivalent required, with 2+ years of experience preferred. Skills & Attributes Strong clinical skills in respiratory therapy, ability to work in critical care, teamwork, documentation, and emergency response capabilities.
