A growing interventional pain management practice in New York is seeking a fellowship-trained Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to perform image-guided procedures and provide comprehensive pain evaluations across two modern clinical sites. The physician will manage a mix of acute and chronic pain conditions, perform interventional treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management
• Active or eligible New York medical license and DEA

• Ability to work across multiple practice locations
