Reporting to a Director of Pharmacy and supported by clinical specialists, pharmacy technicians, and informatics resources, the Hospital Pharmacist will verify orders, optimize pharmacotherapy, round with providers, manage pharmacokinetics and anticoagulation, contribute to antimicrobial stewardship, oversee sterile compounding and USP compliance, and champion medication safety alongside friendly nurses, physicians, APPs, case management, and a diverse healthcare professional team aligned to the same high standards.
