Location: Glastonbury, CT

Pay Rate: $22.00 $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday Friday, 1st Shift (5:00 AM 1:30 PM)

We are currently seeking experienced welders for a growing manufacturing company in Glastonbury, CT. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity with excellent company benefits upon permanent hire.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform welding on products used for bridges and guard rails
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous welding experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
