Paragon Roofing is looking for a motivated and results-driven  Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is a  full-cycle sales and project management position . You will receive qualified leads from our office, meet with homeowners, create estimates, present proposals, close the sale, and then remain responsible for managing the customer and project through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Roofing Sales

• Receive qualified roofing leads and appointments from the office
• Meet with homeowners at their property
• Conduct professional roof inspections and assess roofing needs
• Take measurements and gather information needed to prepare estimates
• Prepare and present roofing estimates and proposals
• Explain roofing materials, scope of work, pricing, warranties, financing options, and timelines
• Follow up with homeowners and answer questions
• Negotiate and close roofing sales
• Send proposals and Home Improvement Contracts for e-signature

Project Management

• Take ownership of the roofing project after the contract is signed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the homeowner throughout the project
• Coordinate with the office, project managers, and roofing crews
• Monitor scheduling and communicate project timelines to the homeowner
• Conduct site visits as needed during the project
• Ensure the agreed-upon roofing scope is properly communicated and completed
• Address homeowner questions or concerns throughout the project
• Identify and communicate any necessary change orders
• Coordinate the final walkthrough with the homeowner
• Ensure the customer is satisfied with the completed roofing project
• Maintain communication with the homeowner until the project is fully completed and closed out

Compensation

• $1,500 monthly fixed allowance
• UNCAPPED Commission on roofing sales
• Significant earning potential based on performance
• Qualified leads provided by the office

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales experience preferred
• Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) preferred
• Roofing or construction sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a roofing project from sale through completion
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Comfortable using email, smartphones/tablets, CRM systems, and other sales tools
