Job Overview: The Director Region Human Resources will lead and direct the HR function for the designated region, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and strategic objectives. The role involves employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, organizational development and collaborating with talent management within the region. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the regional leadership team, providing insights and guidance on all HR matters.What You'll Do:Serve as a strategic partner to the Regional Senior Vice President to design, implement and reinforce regional people strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy through the development of SMART goals and KPIs.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns, or other issuesManage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the region attracts, hires, develops, and retains high-quality talentOversee and manage the performance management process that drives high performance and supports career developmentEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource management, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to regulationsMonitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the regionNurture a positive working environment by maintaining a strong company culture consistent with Rexel's valuesEnsure compliance of the compensation and benefits plans for the regionEngage in career conversations with both managers and employees to ensure that employees receive timely and relevant skill development opportunitiesProvide decision support through people analyticsLead with local and national focusParticipate in appropriate regional and national meetings and attend other meetings and eventsOther duties as assignedJob Duties Disclaimer: The information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
