Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Architect to lead enterprise-wide Quality Engineering initiatives and define end-to-end testing strategies across commercial insurance applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in test automation, application architecture, quality engineering, and modern testing practices to drive scalable, reliable, and high-quality software delivery across complex business platforms.

This role requires a strong technical leader who can architect automation solutions, establish quality standards, and partner closely with development, architecture, and product teams to enable continuous testing and faster releases.

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Define and drive the overall test strategy, quality engineering roadmap, and end-to-end test architecture.
\n
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and enterprise-grade test automation frameworks.
\n
• Lead automation initiatives across:
\n
• Web/UI Applications
\n
• APIs & Microservices
\n
• Mobile Applications
\n
• Integration Testing
\n
• Database Validation
\n
• Cloud-Based Solutions
\n
• Establish automation standards, testing patterns, and quality engineering best practices across teams.
\n
• Collaborate with Development, Architecture, Product, and QA teams to improve application quality, test coverage, and release reliability.
\n
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex testing challenges and automation solutions.
\n
• Champion Shift-Left testing and continuous quality practices.
\n
• Support CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous testing initiatives.
\n
• Drive performance, scalability, and non-functional testing strategies.
\n
• Mentor QA engineers and automation teams on testing frameworks, architecture, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Software Testing, Automation, and Quality Engineering.

• Experience leading enterprise testing transformations and automation modernization initiatives.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $121364 to $150000

\n

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
