What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Support high-acuity newborns needing intensive monitoring and treatments
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Manage and support care for newborns in a 20-bed nursery, providing daily coverage
• Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Support continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Work in a modern, newly renovated hospital environment
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care within a community-focused health system

What You Need:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license and Neonatal NP certification
• Prior NICU or neonatal care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Residency within the local area; relocation assistance may be available
