What We Are Looking For Homes.com is seeking a dynamic, high‑performing product manager to support agent tools and the consumer‑facing Homes.com experience. This product manager will lead both sides of the experience, from the tools agents use to grow their business to how consumers find experienced agents to work with. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in product management, a data‑driven mindset, and a passion for translating complex information into clean, intuitive experiences. This position is located in Arlington, VA and this position is in office Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Manage & deliver the product roadmap for the Homes.com Agent and Consumer Experience Drive feature development from start to finish in a fast‑paced Agile software development environment. This includes writing user stories (requirements), prioritizing releases, maintaining a product roadmap and backlog, and creating release notes. Work closely with user experience design, engineering and quality assurance to strategize, plan, and deliver product features. Influence the product roadmap for the product area that you manage Use data to inform product opportunities and evaluate results to define further enhancements.
