Project Management

The Project Management Plan (PMP) establishes Project Delivery Team (PDT) responsibilities, sets expectations, documents project scope and criteria, schedules and milestones, budgets, dependencies, and responsibilities of the participating parties.

Serve as life-cycle Project Manager that is responsible for the overall management, control, coordination, and execution of assigned projects.

Interpret and implement program policies, directives and procedures and ensures the timely accomplishment of all activities in areas of planning, programming, design, and contracting responsibilities.

Endorse all products produced in support of the project and ensure the project schedule incorporates sufficient time and resources for the PDT to produce quality products.

Ensure introduction of latest forecasts, resolves in advance anticipated problems in the areas of performance goals, timing, and potential costs.

Review concept designs for compliance with project scope, requirements, functionality, and ensure that the project design does not exceed authorization and funding limitations.

Implement corporate decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the development of the projects and intermediate products in support of the project through the entire project life cycle.
