The Challenge:
We are seeking a proactive, delivery-focused Project Manager to manage custom software development and data solutions for a key client in the rehabilitation industry. This role bridges the gap between onsite clinical business stakeholders and our distributed software engineering teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong Agile/Scrum delivery management with exceptional client-facing capabilities to ensure technical projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in strict compliance with healthcare regulations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Technical Project Leadership: Take a proactive role in managing the end-to-end delivery of custom web/mobile applications and data engineering sprints.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary onsite technical point of contact, actively coordinating between clinic management, healthcare IT teams, and remote development squads.
- Scope & Quality Control: Manage project timelines, track milestones, mitigate technical risks, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before production releases.
- Healthcare Compliance Execution: Ensure all technical designs, workflows, and system integrations strictly adhere to HIPAA and data security standards.

Reporting & Documentation: Generate clear project status reports, track delivery metrics, and maintain comprehensive system documentation for client leadership.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Project Management Expertise: 5+ years of experience managing software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects, ideally within an IT consulting or professional services agency framework.
- Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Proven experience working with clinical workflows, patient data systems, or EMR/EHR platform integrations.
- Agile Proficiency: Hands-on mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate non-technical clinical needs into precise requirements for engineering teams.
