Employment Type: Permanent, Direct Hire (Epic Analyst role) Location: On-site in South Weymouth, MA (02190) — southeastern Massachusetts / Boston area Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,000 - $3,560 Start Date: March 19, 2026 Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare IT or as a clinical applications analyst (1+ years preferred) Certification in Epic Cupid or Epic Radiant required (Epic certification) BS in Computer Science or related field preferred Experience supporting healthcare software applications and integration with EHR/EMR systems Familiarity with ancillary clinical systems (Radiology, Cardiology, Respiratory) and integrations preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical and technical skills to resolve clinical problems and improve operational efficiency Responsibilities Design, build, test, install, and support software applications for ancillary departments (Radiology, Cardiology, Respiratory) Lead project activities for software analysis, design, installation, and implementation across the systems development lifecycle (SDLC) Formulate system scope and design objectives through analysis and research to support clinical workflows and EMR integration Act as a liaison with hospital departments to gather requirements, recommend future enhancements, and maintain technical and user documentation Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and participate in on-call coverage as assigned Collaborate with IT, clinical staff, and vendors to deliver reliable Epic Radiant/Cupid solutions that support patient care Why Join Us: Work on-site in a collaborative healthcare IT environment supporting emergency, acute, and outpatient care across southeastern Massachusetts.
