Lead Seasonal Marketing Campaigns: Develop promotional marketing plans in partnership with Merchandising, Analytics, and Finance teams Drive Omni-Channel Marketing Strategies: Ensure all marketing tactics align with overall brand strategy and customer experience goals Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide leadership to cross-functional project teams responsible for executing key marketing initiatives Manage Promotions & Brand Initiatives: Spearhead programs focused on enhancing customer experience, brand perception, and customer loyalty Manage Vendor Partnerships & Co-Op Programs: Manage vendor relationships, co-op budgets, creative approvals, proofs, and recap reporting Develop & Lead Talent : Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to direct reports Perksyou will enjoy!
