About the Role

This is a recruiter-first position. Your main job, most of your week, is building and running our caregiver hiring pipeline: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and moving strong candidates to hire quickly. You will also help coordinate staffing once caregivers are on board, but recruiting is the core of the role and where we need you to shine.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional flexibility for interviews outside standard hours or urgent staffing coverage.

Compensation & Benefits
$24 to $34 per hour DOE, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid sick and vacation leave, paid holidays, and paid training and continuing education.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do
Recruiting (Primary):

• Source candidates through multiple channels and build a steady pipeline

• Review resumes, screen applicants, and schedule interviews

• Coordinate skills assessments and keep candidates moving

• Make hiring recommendations and keep offers moving

• Follow up so strong candidates stay engaged; track recruiting metrics; and ensure hiring follows all employment laws and company policies

Staffing Coordination (Secondary):

• Support caregiver scheduling in ClearCare, including call-offs and urgent coverage

• Confirm start dates and onboarding steps for new hires

• Keep caregiver and client records accurate

Qualifications:

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with healthcare, senior care, or staffing agency experience strongly preferred

• Comfortable with high-volume recruiting and moving quickly on strong candidates

• Experience with Indeed, WizeHire, or similar hiring platforms

• Excellent communication and follow-through, with the judgment to spot the right fit

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep candidate information confidential
