Job Type: Direct Hire Location: Long Beach, CA Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $125,000-180,000 No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role What You’ll Do: Lead full-cycle recruiting for Corporate G&A functions including Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, Security, Communications, Regulatory, Government Affairs, Revenue Operations, and other corporate teams.Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to develop recruiting strategies, provide market insights, and deliver high-quality talent pipelines for critical business needs.Drive proactive sourcing initiatives to identify and engage passive candidates through networking, research, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.Manage the offer process from compensation benchmarking and negotiations through candidate acceptance while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate ATS data, and provide reporting on pipeline health, hiring progress, and recruiting effectiveness. What Gets You the Job: 6+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience with a strong background supporting G&A functions such as Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, Communications, Security, or other corporate business teams.Demonstrated success recruiting Director-level and executive talent, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Proven ability to build talent pipelines through direct sourcing and market mapping, with experience filling specialized and difficult-to-recruit positions in fast-paced organizations.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative recruiting skills with the confidence to provide market intelligence, challenge hiring assumptions, and influence senior stakeholders.Experience working in high-growth, technology, aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, or startup environments is highly preferred.
