We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with experience in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs/SLMs), full-stack development, and cloud-native application engineering to build and deliver production-grade AI-powered solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications using technologies such as RAG, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and agent orchestration frameworks. This role combines modern frontend development with React and TypeScript/JavaScript, backend engineering using Java and Spring Boot, and scalable microservices deployed on AWS.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, deploy, and operate secure, reliable, and scalable AI-driven applications that solve real-world business problems. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong software engineering experience building and supporting production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs/SLMs, RAG, MCP, and/or agent orchestration frameworks .
- Strong frontend development experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript .
- Backend development experience using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture .
- Experience designing and deploying applications on AWS .
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless computing, and event-driven architectures .
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Spinnaker, or similar tools .
- Knowledge of automated testing, performance testing, and load testing practices.
- Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace .
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering and business teams.
- Experience with Python for LLM engineering, data processing, automation, and developing lightweight services.
- Experience building AI evaluation frameworks, testing harnesses, or automated evaluation workflows.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI integration, secure application development, and production deployment of AI-powered solutions.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and delivering solutions at enterprise scale.
You will help bridge the gap between AI innovation and production software engineering by building intelligent applications that combine modern AI capabilities, full-stack development, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
