Procurement Agent

The Boeing Company, Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), is currently seeking a Procurement Agent Level 2 or 3 to join the Aluminum Operations team in Kent, WA. Position Responsibilities Develop procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies for the raw materials organization to support work statements such as work transfers and high visibility complex supplier recoveries. Develop and execute company business goals and objectives in an effort to attain on-time delivery and quality performance, ensuring continued progress supporting supplier and organizational success. Consult on proposal analyses and development strategies to increase production system stability. Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Provide overall training and mentoring to increase the knowledge base of the Structure Procurement Organization. Develop organizational and supplier improvement plans to strategically implement and increase supplier quality performance. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management. 2+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes. 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Proficient in presenting to leadership. Proficient with work transfers and cross loads. 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management. 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes. Pay Range: Level2: $80,170–$101,000 Level3: $94,000–$128,000 Other Information Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit.
