Manager, Warehouse

Warehouse Shift Manager Location: 5349 W. 76th Street, Indianapolis, IN Work type: On Site Work hours: 2:00PM – 12:00AM (2nd Shift) Responsibilities The Warehouse Shift Manager will oversee approximately two supervisors and 40 team members in the outbound and picking areas. The manager is responsible for driving inventory and order accuracy to ensure on‑time delivery of garments to external and internal sources within their assigned area. Qualifications Professional written and verbal communication and listening skills Solution‑oriented and change management minded Commitment to a continuous improvement environment Collaborate with peers for team and operational success Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities Flexibility to work varying shifts in support of the operation Working knowledge of SQDCP KPI metrics Bachelor’s Degree in any field and/or 5–7 years of experience in a warehouse setting, with 2–3 years in a management role. Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel Experience with SAP is a plus Lean/process/continuous improvement concepts and principles, including creating GEMBA metrics Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must stand for long periods of time, perform repetitive body movements, lift 15–35lbs. on a regular basis, and tolerate working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
