AsaThoracicSurgeryPA, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of residents and surgeons covering this busy surgical service. Thereare opportunities to grow, teach, and have significant autonomy. The position primarily consists of post-operative management of patients on the step-down unit and floor. In this role, PAs serve as the front-line providers rounding with attending surgeons, writing notes, orders, and performing necessary bedside procedures. Thispositionconsistsof (4)10-hour shifts/week, some weekend day shifts, nocallorholiday coverage.
